RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All our sales are final. We do not accept any refunds or returns unless an item is damaged. If an item is damaged, please email us at info@styleandbale.com within 48 hours of receiving your Style + Bale parcel and please include photos of the damaged goods.
PURCHASE AND SALE OF ALCOHOL
Style and Bale supports the responsible service of alcohol.
When ordering a gift box that does contain alcohol that both they and the recipient, are declaring to receive the gift box are both 18 years of age or over. The purchaser accepts that it is an offence falsely represent they are of legal age to purchase alcohol and to obtain alcohol on behalf of a person who is under 18 years.
Deliveries of gift boxes that contain alcohol, must be received by a person over the age of 18 years. The recipient may be required to provide a valid identification for proof of age and sign for the products.
Deliveries containing alcohol cannot be left unattended at premises. If re-delivery is required, there may be an additional re-delivery fee.
THIRD PARTIES
You will be notified when your personal information is collected by any third party that is not our agent / service provider, so you can make an informed choice as to whether or not to share your information with that party. Style and Bale may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. We may share your details as necessary for the third party to provide that service. These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for
any other purpose. Style and Bale does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.
