Shipping + Delivery
Deliveries are made on Monday to Friday only, excluding all Public Holidays.
While we accept orders from all around the World, we only deliver throughout Australia.
Where we Deliver
Our Gift boxes are dispatched on every business day to all throughout Australia!
Delivery across Australia takes between 1-5 business days, please check out our FAQ page for further detailed information.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS + TIMES ?
We offer two different methods for shipping
1. Standard Shipping (1-5 business days, longer for non metro and remote areas)
- $15.95 on most of our gift boxes.
-$18.95 for our larger gift boxes
2. Express Shipping (1-2 business days for orders received by 1pm (ACST), please check Australia Post
next business day delivery zones before selecting, as fees can't be refunded once a parcel is posted
- $20-$26.95
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Correct Delivery Details:
It is very important that we receive the correct and accurate delivery address details, as this will result in delays to your parcel and/or re-delivery fees for changes of address. Any orders that are returned to us due to incorrect address unavailable access to a property or failure to collect from an Australia Post outlet will result in a re-delivery charge at the standard shipping rate of Australia Post charges.
ATL (Authority To Leave):
ATL means that if no one is there at the nominated address and deliveery has been attemted to be made we authorise for the parcel to be left in a safe place. To avoid any inconvenience, we specifiy for ATL to be made at any location except were it is an apartment/unit were it may not be safe to leave. If you do NOT want ATL, please specifify in 'special instructions' upon checkout.
Late Deliveries:
We can only provide an estimate of times that has been given to us via Australia Post/Couriers. Deliveries are usually made on time, however for unforseen circumstances there may be slight delays sometimes. If a delay has occurred, refunds will not be given for deliveries that are late or delivered outside the approximate delivery times specified. However if there may be an error with delivery that is a result of ours, we will endeavour to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
Gift Boxes containing alcohol:
Deliveries of gift boxes that contain alcohol, must be received by a person over the age of 18 years. When ordering a gift box that does contain alcohol you are declaring that the recipient to receive the gift box is 18 years of age or over.
