DOES THE PRICE SHOWN INCLUDE DELIVERY?
Yes. The prices of each and every gift box includes FREE standard shipping Australia wide or with an option to upgrade to express delivery.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept Visa and MasterCard and direct deposit. When paying by direct deposit banking details will be provided to you on the copy of your order. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been made and cleared into our bank account, which may take up to 2 business days to clear.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We offer 3 different methods for shipping
1. Standard Shipping (1-5 business days, longer for non metro and remote areas)
- FREE on all gift boxes.
2. Express Shipping (1-2 business days for orders received by 1pm (ACST), please check Australia Post next business day delivery zones before selecting, as fees can't be refunded once a parcel is posted
3. Same Day Shipping - Melbourne Metro (Order by 1pm (ACST) on Monday-Friday only, must be within 10km of Melbourne

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE WITH STANDARD SHIPPING?

Not a problem at all! Just add all of the gift boxes that you would like to your shopping cart and at checkout, clearly state any detailed information for each one if purchased different styles of gift boxes eg. Message for each card/ 'PLEASE OPEN YOUR GIFT ON' sticker if required for each gift box in the "special instructions" box, or if it's easier, just send us a separate email with your order number and all of the required details for request to
I WOULD LIKE MY GIFT BOX TO ARRIVE ON A SPECIFIC DATE, CAN I DO THAT?
It is unfortunate we can not organise for an order to arrive on an exact date or time specified, but the next best option is to
'ADD' a 'PLEASE OPEN YOUR GIFT ON' sticker to your order with the date you require or specific day and we will place this sticker to the outside of the gift box for you, so your recipient knows when to exactly open their gift.
MY DELIVERY IS LATER THAN EXPECTED OR IT MAY BE LOST AS THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT?
The majority of all orders sent out are delivered on time. However, occasionally some factors play part and deliveries may take a little longer than expected. If you think your delivery is a lot later than expected please check your email and/or spam/junk folder with the shipping status via the tracking details within the email sent to you. If the parcel has been marked as 'delivered' then if possible check with the recipient, as it may have been delivered to a good 'hidey' spot that it out of sight or been given to a neighbour to pass on. If possible to avoid any delivery delays it is a great option to nominate a delivery address or workplace where someone will definitely be there to receive the parcel.
WHAT IF MY GIFT BOX INCLUDES CHOCOLATE, BEING DELIVERED ON A HOT DAY/OR IS TO BE GIVEN AT A LATER DATE?
Please be aware that our courier vehicles are not specifically used only for food items, so they are not refrigerated vehicles. In saying this if your parcel contains food or chocolate, it may be at risk of melting or altering if left in hot temperatures. Style + Bale do not take any responsibility for any food or chocolate that is melted/altered within these circumstances. If it is warmer weather you may opt for either express delivery or to a workplace/school were you know someone will receive it and may be cooler inside.
WILL THERE BE AN INVOICE/RECEIPT WITH THE GIFT BOX?
No, most definitely not. We never send an invoice within our gift boxes. The only 'paperwork' that is included, is your chosen gift card with your personalised message on it.

Absolutely you can! WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All our sales are final. We don't accept any refunds or returns unless an item is damaged. If an item is damaged, please email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your S+B parcel and please include photos of the damaged goods.
DO YOU RECEIVE THE GIFT BOX AS VIEWED ONLINE?
We endeavour to fulfil your gift boxes just as they appear online, with all the products that you see. However sometimes some items are out of stock or unavailable. If this happens, we'll replace any out of stock products with either a different flavour of the same product or a different product of the same value. We will normally email you to confirm this swap, however during busy periods, we will make this swap without contacting you.
COVID-19 AND OUR BUSINESS?
Our delivery partners and couriers have all communicated updates regarding COVID-19. All our courier services are still in operation as they are considered an essential service. All of our couriers are now taking social distancing precautions when delivering your Style and Bale gifts.
All of our packages have ATL (Authority to Leave) and all packages will either be left on door steps (or in a safe place) if the door is unanswered or if the door is answered they will place the package on the ground for you to pick up, to uphold contactless delivery.
Delivery times have also been interrupted due to the demand. Please allow an extra business day or two for deliveries. If you're in a hurry, we highly recommend Express Shipping.
